It is recommended that the Airport Commission recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a Ground Lease Agreement for 1341 Mercer Way identified as APN 003-862-001-000 at the Salinas Municipal Airport with Salinas Business Park, LLC.
