Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution approving the plans and specifications for the Boronda Road Congestion Relief Project Phase 1, CIP No. 9510; and award contract to Granite Construction Company for the Boronda Road Congestion Relief Project Phase 1, CIP No. 9510 in the amount of $15,637,796.93 (Base Bid minus Items 142, 143, 144 Plus Items 145, 146, 147, 148,149); and approve a transfer of funds in the amount of $5,300,000 to CIP 9510 - Boronda Road Congestion Relief Project.
