Authorizing the Interim City Manager to enter into an Agreement with South Bay Conservation Resources, LLC for the purchase of 11.06 Sparling Ranch Conservation Credits in an amount not to exceed $608,300 for the Boronda Road Congestion Relief Project Phases 1 and 2A.
