Approve a Resolution authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute all necessary documents related to the emergency HVAC Control System Replacement at Sherwood Hall through the existing on-call service contract with ESI for $196,312 to include a 20% ($39,262) contingency for a total amount not to exceed $235,574.
