Approve a Resolution authorizing the direct purchase of one (1) fire engine and one (1) aerial ladder truck from Golden State Fire Apparatus, Inc. for a total not to exceed $2,945,094.88; and authorizing the appropriation of $120,094.88 to CIP 9540.
