Landscape Maintenance Districts Agreements for Services
Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution approving specifications for the Annual Maintenance Districts’ Landscape Services for the Harden Ranch, Mira Monte, Airport, and Woodside Maintenance Districts; and awarding contracts for Landscape Maintenance Services for Harden Ranch Maintenance District for an amount not to exceed $210,000 and Mira Monte, Airport, and Woodside Maintenance Districts for an amount not to exceed $207,057; and authorizing the City Manager to enter into agreements for services with Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. for landscape maintenance services.
