Recommended Action

Consider the appeal of CannaCruz, Inc. from the Selection Committee’s denial of CannaCruz’s application for a major amendment to Commercial Cannabis Permit 2023-007 to relocate an existing Cannabis Dispensary with accessory Delivery and Distribution from 1156 Abbott Street to 1228 South Main Street.
