Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Services Agreement with Wallace Group - Closter Park Green Streets

Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 with Wallace Group for development of engineering design plans, specifications, and cost estimate, to increase the total compensation by $65,860 for a revised not to exceed amount of $601,473, revise the scope of services, and extend the term through May 31, 2025.
