Modification to Classification - Salary Schedule and Workforce Allocation Adjustment
Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution approving an amendment to the Classification - Salary Schedule to reflect the previously authorized salary adjustments for the Association of Management Personnel of Salinas (AMPS), Police Managers Association (PMA), and the three Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 521 units that became effective in the first full pay period of July 2024 and that Retired Annuitant classifications be adjusted to match corresponding regular classifications. Additionally, it is the recommended that vacant Community Safety Administrator position in the Library and Community Services Department be reclassified to Community Services Manager.
