Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute First Amendment with Brightview Landscape Service, Inc. for Harden Ranch Maintenance District and Mira Monte, Airport, and Woodside Maintenance District; and increasing the compensation for Harden Ranch Maintenance District by $5,000 for a revised not to exceed amount of $76,000 to cover unscheduled/extra work; and increasing the compensation for Mira Monte, Airport, and Woodside Maintenance Districts to increase the compensation by $15,700 for a revised not to exceed amount of $84,719 to cover unscheduled/extra work.
