Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution delegating authority to the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Wallace Group for the Sanitary Sewer Rate Study (Project No. 9008) for a total not to exceed amount of $50,964.00; and approving a transfer of $65,000.00 to CIP 9008 for additional work needed to complete the Sanitary Sewer Rate Study process.
