Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 extending the North/East Maintenance District and Monte Bella Maintenance District contracts for two (2) years; increasing the annual cost for the North/East Maintenance District by $14,200.92; and increasing the annual cost for the Monte Bella Maintenance District by $3,744.
