Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve Amendment No. 4 with St. Francis Electric, LLC extending the current agreement for one additional year term ending December 4, 2027, and increasing the annual not-to-exceed amount by $374,000 for a revised annual compensation of $742,595.
