Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager and Purchasing Agent to negotiate and enter into Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Accountancy Corporation, dba. Maze and Associates for accounting services to increase the maximum compensation by $200,000 for a revised amount not to exceed $400,000.
