1. Alisal Marketplace;
2. Edge of Downtown/Front and John Streets;
3. Foods co Shopping Center;
4. Laurel West Shopping Center; and
5. Sears (Northridge Mall) (portion)
Recommended Action
Planning Commission affirm the findings and approve the attached Resolution recommending that the City Council:
1. adopt the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Programs;
2. approve a General Plan Amendment changing the General Plan Land Use Designations of five (5) “Project sites” to Mixed Use; and
3. adopt an Ordinance to rezone the same five (5) “Project sites” to Mixed Use (MX).
