Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of the $100,000 Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Grant administered by the City of San José; delegating authority to the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to effectuate the grant; and establishing the ICAC Grant expense appropriation and corresponding revenue budget up to $100,000 to support grant activities.
