Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution rescinding Resolution No 23008; and approving the plans and specifications for the Boronda Road Congestion Relief Project Phase 1, CIP No. 9510; and award of contract to Granite Construction Company for the Boronda Road Congestion Relief Project Phase 1, CIP No. 9510 in the amount of $15,637,796.93 (Base Bid plus Alternate Bid Items (Items 1-149); and approve a transfer of funds from Fund 2306 - (Development Fees - Arterial) in the amount of $5,300,000 to CIP 9510 - Boronda Road Congestion Relief Project.
