Approve a Resolution authorizing the appropriation of $1,190,337 of HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Funds to the Housing Authority of Monterey County to provide supportive services through rental assistance for qualifying HOME-ARP populations at the Fairview Homekey permanent supportive housing site located at 1030 Fairview Avenue.
