Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution accepting the California Library Literacy Services (CLLS) block grant award in support of Adult Literacy and Family Literacy, for a total award of $217,832; authorizing the establishment of the CLLS - Adult and Family Literacy fund expenditure appropriation totaling $217,832 and corresponding revenue appropriation to support grant activities; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all grant acceptance documents with the California State Library.
