Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Citywide Janitorial Services Agreement with Estrada Janitorial Services to extend the term of the agreement to December 1, 2027, amend the scope of work to include additional services for the Sherwood Recreation Center, remove 100 West Alisal (Post Office) from services, and increase the overall compensation by $6,240 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $846,560.
