Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution ratifying the emergency purchase of demolition services from Randazzo Enterprises, Inc. for the demolition 34, 36, and 38 Soledad Street; and authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with Randazzo Enterprises, Inc. for emergency demolition of 34, 36, and 38 Soledad Street for a total compensation amount not to exceed $327,109 from October 17, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
