Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the On-Call Streetlight Service Agreement with St. Francis Electric, LLC to increase the annual amount by $136,595 for a revised annual not-to exceed amount of $386,595; de-appropriating $137,000 from CIP 9163, Traffic Calming Improvements; and appropriating $137,000 to the Public Works Operating Budget.
