Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution approving Contract Change Order No. 1 to Granite Construction Company for the 2022-2023 Pavement Maintenance Project, CIP No. 9981, 9120, 9080 in the amount of $430,678.35; and approving Contract Change Order No. 2 to Granite Construction Company for the 2022-2023 Pavement Maintenance Project, CIP No. 9981, 9120, 9080 for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00; and authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute all necessary documents related to Contract Change Order No. 1 and No. 2 and authorize a 10% of the new contract amount for construction contingencies ($881,868.50) for the 2022-2023 Pavement Maintenance Project, CIP No. 9981, 9120, 9080.
