Amendment No. 5 to Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Salinas and PlaceWorks, Inc.

Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 to Agreement for Professional Services with PlaceWorks, Inc. to increase the total compensation amount by $59,700 for a maximum compensation amount not to exceed $1,208,081 and to extend the term to June 30, 2027.
