Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution of Intention to disestablish the Salinas United Business Association Business Improvement Area, and to schedule a public hearing to be held on December 9, 2025, at 4:00PM to consider the adoption of an ordinance disestablishing the SUBA Business Improvement Area and repealing the Salinas City Municipal Code Chapter 21B Article V.
