Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution approving the Plans and Specifications for the Coventry Street and Victor Street Traffic Calming Devices Project, CIP No. 9163; awarding the contract to Teichert Construction in the amount of $297,839; and authorizing the City Engineer to approve all contract change orders up to an additional 15% of the contract amount, $44,675, for construction contingencies and an additional $50,000 construction engineering cost.
