Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager and Purchasing Agent to complete the purchase and renewal of the MiVoice Connect Support Agreement from Protelesis Corporation in an amount not to exceed $34,313.80 to provide on-going maintenance and support for the City’s phone system.
