Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Municipal Hazardous Materials Response Services Agreement with the Santa Clara Stadium Authority and the City of Santa Clara for the performance of supplemental hazardous materials response services during major events at the Santa Clara Stadium site.
