Recommended Action

A motion to approve a Resolution recommending that the City Council:

1.                     Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15332; and

2.                     Approve Planned Unit Development Permit 2025-002 to establish a 1.58-acre building pad site and construct a 3,337 square-foot vehicle washing building with outdoor vacuums located at the Northridge Mall Shopping Center at 1340 Northridge Mall.
