Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution finding the proposed annual adjustments to Republic Services of Salinas’ (Republic Services) Schedule of Service Fees and Schedule of Rates for Residential and Commercial Customers effective January 1, 2025, to be within the terms of the Collection Services Agreement; and authorizing the City Manager to accept Republic’s proposal for resolution of performance issues.
