Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution affirming the findings and adopting the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program pursuant to section 15074 of the CEQA Guidelines; approving Planned Unit Development Permit 2020-002 for a seven-phase Master Site Plan and alternative development standards; approving Conditional Use Permit 2022-030 for the Mixed Use Development and the Extended Stay Hotel; and approving Tentative Map 2022-001 to reconfigure 14 lots into 9 lots.
