Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution to conclude the AVP Salinas-based Artist Grants Pilot Program and re-appropriate $150,000 from the Artist Grants Pilot Program to be used for future AVP Projects and Programs (Capital Improvement Program 9426 - EDE - Alisal Vibrancy Plan Implementation).
