Approve a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a letter of support for Community Housing Improvement Systems and Planning Association, Inc. (CHISPA) to apply for the California Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) - Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding.
