Application to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for the Prohousing Incentive Program Round 4
Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the submission of a Prohousing Incentive Program (PIP) Round 4 application to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) in the amount of $1,250,000; and if awarded the City Manager to accept PIP Round 4 funds for the rehabilitation of the El Rey Motel, Mortgage Down Payment Assistance Program or any other activities eligible under the PIP Round 4 program guidelines and undertake all actions and execute all documents necessary to implement such activities consistent with HCD requirements.
