Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution amending the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (“MMRP”) for the West Area Specific Plan (“WASP”) to make modifications to mitigation measures for potential impacts to the California tiger salamander (“CTS”), the California red-legged frog (“CRLF”), and irrigation ditches and roadside ditches potentially subject to federal or state regulatory jurisdiction.
