Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign a system purchase agreement with TriTech Software Systems for the purchase of a police records management system for the Salinas Police Department; and authorize the City’s Information Technology and Police Departments to make purchases necessary to meet the functional requirements for the records management system.
