Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of the $390,484 California Highway Patrol (CHP) Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program (CTFGP) Grant administered by CHP; and delegating authority to the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to effectuate the grant; and establishment of the CHP CTFGP Grant expense appropriation and corresponding revenue appropriation up to $390,484 to support grant activities.
