Approve a Resolution approving the plans and specifications for the Downtown Complete Streets; Project No. 9090; Federal Project HSIPL-5045(032); and authorize the issuance of an Invitation to Bidders, with bids to be opened on March 19, 2019; and approve associated transfers request for $1,607,000 for the Downtown Complete Streets Project.
