Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment Number 1 with Kysmet Security & Patrol, Inc. for security services to increase the compensation by $36,000 for a revised not to exceed amount of $116,000 and extend the term to December 31, 2024.
