Approve a Resolution authorizing the direct purchase of 33 ballistic bullet proof vests, 6 ballistic helmets and 6 pairs of personal electronic ear protection for the Salinas Police Department SWAT team and K9 unit from Aardvark Inc. and Curtis Blue Line Co. for a total amount of $172,401.99.
