Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution adopting the Proposed Biennial (FY2026/27-2027/28) Operating Budget for the City of Salinas and Successor Agency to the former Salinas Redevelopment Agency; and a Resolution establishing the appropriations limit for Fiscal Year 2026/27 at $362,368,159.
