Approve a Resolution authorizing the Interim City Manager or designee to execute a Conditional Funding Reservation Letter with Envision Housing LLC in the amount of $500,000 from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) Prohousing Incentive Pilot (PIP) program funds for predevelopment costs of a proposed 100% affordable multifamily housing development at 467-479 E. Market Street.
