Approve a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA), and all other documents necessary to effectuate the property transfer to the City with private property owner for the purchase of a single-family residence located at 414 Crescent Way in the City of Salinas, for a price of $650,000.
