Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute an Agreement Amendment No. 1 with Smith & Enright Landscaping, Inc. for Landscape Maintenance Services for City parks and facilities to include an additional amount not to exceed $50,000 for general irrigation repairs.
