Approve a Resolution awarding contract to Monterey Peninsula Engineering for the Downtown Complete Streets Project, Project No. 9090, Federal Project HSIPL- 5045(032) in the amount of $7,324,483.99; and approve associated transfer request for $1,870,000 to consolidate funding for the Downtown Complete Streets project (CIP 9090).
