First Amendment to Memorandum of Agreement with the Corporation for National and Community Service AmeriCorps VISTA Program

Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution authorizing a First Amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement with CNCS; authorizing the re-appropriation of $6,336 of Community Development General Fund monies to cover the 2017-2018 annual living allowance increase to the City’s VISTA cost-share; and authorizing the City Manager, or his designee to execute any future Memorandum of Agreement amendments required for program annual term extensions and cost-share increases.
