Approve a Resolution approving the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report and authorizing the City Manager to submit the FY 2025-26 CAPER to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by September 28, 2026.
