Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute and implement a Side Letter Agreement with the Association of Management Personnel of Salinas (AMPS) adding a provision to the Memorandum of Understanding to include a canine premium for a wellness dog handler of five percent (5%) to base pay effective November 12, 2025.
