Recommended Action
Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with MV Cheng & Associates, Inc. (MV Cheng & Associates) for accounting and financial reporting services to increase the maximum compensation from $250,000 to $350,000 and exercise the option to extend the term one additional year through December 31, 2024.
