Recommended Action

Affirm the findings and adopt the attached Resolution adopting the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and approving Conditional Use Permit 2018-009 authorizing construction and operation of the proposed Major Telecommunications Facility.
